Excellent location near the train & bus station, 10 minutes by train to Venice. Easy to reach from the airport. Friendly staff. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is free. The shared room was spacious so guests weren't in each other's faces while sleeping. They have a small kitchen with fridges and basic cutlery. Large loby with sofas where you can stay while waiting for check-in/after check-out.

Definitely recommended! It is close to the Venice bus/train station (walkable). Silvia and her colleagues were kind and helpful although I was late to arrive for check in. Eateries are right outside the door, so the hassle of looking for food right after you reach is saved. It has a terrace which is open all night - a good place to chill and meet other travellers. Overall really affordable, good location and very kind staff.

The location was great if you want to be a little away from the busy main street and the setting in the ruins of an old church was fascinating. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hostel was clean and orderly. I loved the closet with a shelf that came with each bed so you could easily store your stuff.

We had a problem with our reservation but the receptionist put great effort into solving the issue and he saved the day. Staff were kind, showers were clean. Would be better if it had air conditioner. We stayed for 2 days and we would again.

Everything I've experienced in this hostel was new and cool. A stay in the 12th century's monastery was so different from any other accommodations. Spacious public spaces with lots of sofas and chairs in the not-busy area.
