Located in Sigiriya, 3 km from Sigiriya Rock, Sigiriya Cottage provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The place is really nice and the owner is very welcoming. He was available and gave great insight on what activities we should do. He spotted our traveler profile and advised us accordingly. At the hotel, you can grab some bikes and there is a cool trail around the nearby lake... The room was clean, bigger than expected, and comfortable. The food was good and they bake their berad onsite etc... You can't go wrong there.

Set in Sigiriya, 3.7 km from Sigiriya Rock, The Cottage Sigiriya offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Honestly this hotel was where I was at most peaceful, I think people don’t know about it much so it feels like it’s just you in the jungle. Which is exactly what I prefer. The pool was very clean. There were a few ants in the room but honestly we are in the middle of a jungle so there’s bound to be a few ants anyway. The staff is extremely extremely hospitable. They do not try to cheat you in anyway (mentioning cuz the other hotel I stayed at did). But the staff at Cottage Sigiriya was the best. Do not think twice definitely book this place.

Situated in Sigiriya, 10 km from Pidurangala Rock, Sat Nam Village Eco-Hotel features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family not guests .. and the food was the best we have had so far .. from the traditional sri lankan food such as curries to the spanish influenced potatas bravos.. everything is cooked fresh ..an open kitchen so you can watch or as I did .. had a morning cooking lesson to make string hoppers , coconut sambal and Dahl.. .. too good ! . The rooms are large .. plenty of storage and sockets next to bed and great hot water shower. Pool , jacuzzi and wildlife in the garden.. location is amazing ..so quiet but can walk outside and there are shops and a cultural center with local entertainment . Beautiful walk to a lake also for the sunset... we were so happy to have chosen this place . Transport to anywhere can also be provided .

Welcome to our peaceful Nature Villa, nestled just a short distance from the majestic Lion Rock, only 1 km away. The location was perfect as both Sigiriya and Pidurangala rocks were within easy reach and the Dambulla Caves could be comfortably accessed via tuk tuk. Our room was of a v high standard , the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water . The breakfasts were tasty , varied and plentiful , the evening meals were equally tasty and v reasonably priced though the selection was more limited . The staff were exceptional and really put themselves out to ensure our stay was an enjoyable and memorable one.
