Boasting an elevated position over the village, The Bonnicott Hotel Lynmouth is located in Exmoor National Park in Lynmouth, 29.7 km from Barnstaple. The hotel offers free WiFi throughout. All the meals we had were exceptional. The views from Bedrooms, Dining and Lounge Rooms were beatiful. The beedroon was spscious and included small lounge area in front of TV. The decor, furniture and ornaments provided a very special environment.

Dunster Castle Hotel is located in the medieval village of Dunster. Free WiFi access is available. All rooms have a private bathroom with bath or shower. We love Dunster but had not stayed at the Dunster Castle hotel before. The location is convenient to everything, and the car park behind was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were stylish and super comfortable (a glass of sherry before bed was delightful), and breakfast was delicious. Our son was with us and had an interview over Zoom and the wi-fi worked perfectly. We could not have been happier with the hotel and the owners—just so accommodating. We will definitely stay here our next time to Dunster.

Originally a coaching house from the 1760s, The Crown Hotel is located in the heart of Lynton and offers free Wi-Fi in public areas and a bar. Very friendly staff. Hotel situated in a quiet cull de sac. Good food with daily change of specials. Good choice of draught beer

In the Exmoor National Park, the 13th-century Luttrell Arms offers medieval features and picturesque gardens. The cosy and comfortable rooms with all the biscuits and tea made available complimentary in the mini bar. Friendliness and helpful staff. Beautiful B&B with a lovely outdoor terrace . Breakfast was awesome. It was just wonderful.

Located in Dulverton and with Tiverton Castle reachable within 20 km, Lion Hotel Dulverton provides a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The family who owns and runs it were fantastic. They prepared a German dinner for us which was delicious and outstanding.

Located in Withypool, 22 km from Dunster Castle, The Royal Oak Inn provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. Excellent stay. Fantastic room, lovely food, great setting, lovely pub and staff.

Featuring a terrace and a restaurant, The Lorna Doone Hotel is located in Porlock. Among the various facilities are a shared lounge and a bar. Free WiFi is provided. I'm a returning customer (but not frequently) My son and I travelled from Ireland by motorcycle to tour some of Somerset, Cornwall and Devon. The Lorna Doone is ideally situated for a weekend such as ours. Our hosts provided off road parking for us which was perfect for our needs. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous and the breakfasts very good. WiFi was spot on. All told, it was very good indeed.
