The location is only a 15-20 minute walk from the train and bus station. Instructions were very clear. Lots of safety precautions with a locked gate entrance to the property. The kitchen is small but very functional.

This time we were looking for accommodation in Venice with maximum immersion in the atmosphere of the city. This place stunned with its beauty and originality. An old house with beautiful decor. The staff is very attentive and responsive.

very clean and big property, good breakfast, and they even organized some events! we could join a vintage market with dj music it was very cool! would highly recommend. also there is a station that goes to the airport right next to the building

Definitely recommended! It is close to the Venice bus/train station (walkable). Silvia and her colleagues were kind and helpful although I was late to arrive for check in. Eateries are right outside the door, so the hassle of looking for food right after you reach is saved. It has a terrace which is open all night - a good place to chill and meet other travellers. Overall really affordable, good location and very kind staff.
