Very friendly staff that helped us organise our trip in advance and made very good suggestions about the best spots to visit!

This is one of the most magical places I have stayed at. Secluded tea plantation with a private sunset viewpoint. Friendliest staff I have met, thank you Robin, Mai and Carol! There is a great restaurant and delicious tea.
