the check-in experience was flawless and we received a warm welcome from the Francine at reception who was super helpful. it’s a great property to stay at with fantastic views of Monteverde and right in the middle of nature and wildlife. it’s an experience worth trying if you are in the area, I doubt you will find anything better.
