EVERYTHING. Yes, this is not an exaggeration. This is a hotel with lovely apartments, for New York data. Really, I could not find something I did not like. Amazing view from the 21st floor !! This is, in an aristocratic and good area. There is bus stop infront of the hotel, two mini markets, and two nice bistro bars. And an amazing roof garden with such a view..!

The view from the 9th floor allowed natural light in and was of the back of buidings in a way that still made me feel like I was in NYC! The staff were super-helpful and respectful. The entrance was in a location that allowed even a single traveller female who is unfamiliar with NYC to feel safe.

Staff go above and beyond - bell hop, front desk, concierge. Room is immaculately clean and bigger than most in NYC. We could actually fit our suitcases and walk around. Bed was super comfortable and linens top quality. Highly recommend.
