It is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The toiletries were absolutely fabulous!!! Gorgeous smell and great quality!! It is expensive to stay here, but honestly, worth every single penny. I cannot recommend it highly enough! Esther provided a top notch pedicure with warmth and a smile.....a lovely lady! I want to make a special mention of Irene at the front desk/reception. She was warm, friendly, authentic and an absolute delight!! We loved our stay here and Irene was definitely a part of that. A truly exceptional hotel.

This pet-friendly Los Angeles hotel is 5 minutes' walk to the Beverly Center shopping area. The boutique hotel offers an outdoor saltwater pool, a Pool Lounge, Lobby Lounge, and Mezzanine Sushi. I used to stay at this hotel years ago, when it was still "The Orlando"... i was a little worried of the feeling I could have. I must say the hotel is even better than before, the room was super nice, and the staff amazing. Andrii, Aliah and Jonathan at the counter was super helpful (we've had some problems with our credit card, plus we had to stay for an additional night as our flight was cancelled and they were super nice and professional)
