The hotel was new, clean and gorgeously adorned. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic.

Very good price to be in the center of the city. When you are staying at a citizen you should know the rooms are small, but you have everything you need at the best locations.

Situated in Chicago, less than a 5-minute walk to Millennium Park and Cloud Gate - The Bean, Arlo Chicago provides a fitness centre and an on-site restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was great and very clean! Beds super comfy and huge TV. Welcome Treats: fortune cookies and nespresso coffee machine. Plus, the decoration was simple but really modern. In short, I highly recommend the hotel because the staff is great, the rooms are modern and super clean and the location is amazing to explore the magnificent mile and downtown Chicago.

Just steps away from the famed shopping on State Street, this boutique hotel is located inside the Oriental Theatre building in the Chicago Loop Theatre District. I love it . I recommend to come back here

Just 4 blocks away from the shopping, dining and entertainment on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this hotel is located in Downtown Chicago’s North Loop business district and offers a restaurant,... We got a room with partial river view on 15th floor, which was almost like a full view. The location was right next to the river. Safe luggage storage after checkout was a big plus as we had our departure flight in the evening and were able to store the luggage at hotel and spend our time sightseeing. The bed was comfy and the WiFi connection was good.

Located in the heart of the city, Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown – The Loop is conveniently located near several of the city’s social and cultural landmarks. the room was big with a very nice sofa and excellent breakfast. Good gym and the staff are very kind. Would recommend if someone is going to Chicago. Hyatt takes place in the financial sector and some people are saying that during the night time it's dangerous, however, we were walking all the time around the hotel, the loop and to river north and didn't find any troubles for ourselves :)
