I’m rating this based on the what I was desperately looking for - something lovely, very quiet, wih comfortable beds, at a good price. And still within walking distance of some beautiful sights. This place is IT! Super comfortable beds, air conditioning and blackout curtains - a great place to sleep off your jet lag. Also super quiet with modern high quality windows and soundproofing. Lovely modern amenities and clean. The neighbourhood is lovely and quaint with good little cafes and restaurants, and a 20+ minute walk to the water/transit lines and sights of Belem.

La Casinha Belém ofrece aire acondicionado y se encuentra en Lisboa, a menos de 1 km del monasterio de los Jerónimos y a 5 km del mercado de Ribeira. Everything is just perfect, the house is very cozy with everything you need, so well equipped you feel at home. Our hostess was extremely nice, she welcomed us warmly she had done shopping and prepared the house, we were fascinated she had prepared goodies for our children, the fridge was stocked - bread, ham, cheese, butter, beer, juice, milk and more and more things, a very kind gesture , it was a very pleasant surprise especially when you arrive late at night and you are still not orientated in the setting. The towels were so soft and smelled great, the kids didn't want to leave, it was the most wonderful welcome we ever had, we felt like we were visiting relatives, so cozy and nice, I highly recommend, besides everything there is a free big parking lot where we parked our car, there were places all day and evening. We will be happy to visit again. I would recommend correcting the parking info on Booking because when I searched for a place with parking the house didn't show up and it says parking is impossible, good thing I looked on google and saw that there is parking and it's free otherwise I would have missed this great house .

El Belém Tejo - Jardim está situado en el distrito Ajuda de Lisboa, a 8 km de la plaza del Comercio, a 8,5 km de Rossio y a 8,5 km del castillo de San Jorge. The flat is not very big, but it was clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood - we even had the chance to have authentic fado across the street. The host was very friendly, responsive and recommended us good local restaurants and helped with the transport. The flat has a somewhat unusual layout: You can reach the second bedroom from the first one, which can be strange if you are not a family. Also, the bathroom is on the other side of the small living room/kitchen than the bedrooms.

Firstly, about the owner: We'd like to thank Ana for being such a great host. Ana, is a real super host, easy to deal with and very charming. She took care of everything, she approached us before arrival, gave us the keys to the apartment personally upon arrival, showed us the entire apartment (where is what), gave helpful tips regarding the city (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) and was available for any queries via WhatsApp. If someone deserves the attribute great host, she is truly one! Location: Quiet side street, in a residential neighborhood near the Palace of Ajuda. In walking distance (< 3 minutes), you find a supermarket, shops, local restaurants, - whatever it is around the corner. Flat: Ana´s photos on booking.com show the actual impressions of the cosy flat, with one major comment: The entire flat, the appliances (heating, airco, dish washer, washing machine, induction hob, grill, micro wave), floors, tables, seats, kitchen, bath, beds, etc. - everything - is super clean and well maintained. It's the FIRST time that we didn't have to clean or have anything missing when we moved in. Interior: Again, we missed nothing! On the contrary: Ana has thought of everything. We were impressed by all kinds of electrical appliances, iron, clothes horse, to name a few, crockery and cutlery - again - everything is super clean. "Fancy" is the integrated TV in the wall painting and the "Marshall" music box. Reachability: With Uber, Bolt you can get to the city centre in ≈10 minutes (< 8 €), to the airport in less than 20 minutes (<14€), Belem and the sights there can be easily reached on foot also in less than 15 minutes. The tram is also available nearby, so you are well connected in terms of transportation.

El Patio 79 se encuentra en Lisboa, a menos de 1 km del monasterio de los Jerónimos, y ofrece jardín y terraza. El departamento está a 5 km del mercado de Ribeira. Todo muy limpio y muy céntrico. Un lugar muy bonito. Tenia todas las comodidades y todos los utensilios que se pueden necesitar.

El Memoria 49 - 21 ofrece alojamiento con balcón en Lisboa. Este departamento se encuentra a 5 km del mercado de Ribeira y a 6 km del teatro nacional Doña María II. En verdad, no esperaba lo que vi en fotos, pero al final tal cual. Ni faltó ningún detalle, hasta cafetera Nespresso. Lo único que las almohadas era diminutas, pero como lleve las mías no me hizo falta más. Mafalda super atenta y para cualquier duda, siempre disponible. Está situado a un paso de transporte público, y cerca para visitar monumentos. Lo recomiendo a todo el que quiera ir a Lisboa y quiera estar en un barrio tranquilo y precioso como Belém
