EL Colonial Adults Only ligger idealiskt beläget i San Juan och erbjuder luftkonditionerade rum med en terrass, gratis WiFi och en bar. The location was perfect! So convienent and quiet. The staff are charming, engaging, polite and professional. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were excellent. Super clean facility!!! I will be back very soon!! The rooms need dimmer switches on the lighting in the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfotable. The pictures on the website don't do the property justice. I loved that they had 2 luggage racks, one for each of us.

The staff was all the time ready to help us. they have a very nice rooftop that is open 24h. The room and the restroom were very clean and tidy

A short walk to all of the main highlights as well as two great squares and a grocery store. It also has the most breathtaking and relaxing roof top patio with an infinity pool out of a movie with views of the cobblestone streets and ocean. It also has a wonderful relaxing centre courtyard with water feature and an adjacent air conditioned library areas with games and sitting area. Their restaurant has really great food and the best Sunday Brunch. The rooms are clean, large and have the most comfortable beds and pillows. Best of all is the staff. They go out of their way to ensure all of your needs are met and then some. I have stayed several times and will be back again and again.

The location is just perfect. The staff was nice and tried to fulfill all our wishes. Parking is solved too! The location makes this hotel unique.

The spot in Old San Juan was perfect; the rooms and beds were comfy and it was all very clean! The five of us enjoyed the spaciousness and layout of the apartment. We loved the full-sized fridge. We also liked the pretty, cool tile and very effective air conditioning, plus the super attractive, newer-looking decor, appliances and furniture. It was great to be near both forts and also near restaurants and the shops below. Only downsides were no shampoo (but we had brought our own, luckily) and our daughter was kept awake for a while on the sofa/bed in the den from loud music nearby. The bedrooms were nice and quiet, though.
