The reception staff remembered me from last time. My Room was so comfortable quiet big and a lovely bath too. Location is great so near the tube and walk into Westbourne Grove. Everything smells so fresh too. Booked to stay for a third time in May and the beds are so comfy. Oh and not forgetting the tea and famous brownies!
