The location is unbeatable, five minutes to metro stop (Yuyuan) and ten minutes to Yuyuan/Yu gardens. Most of Shanghai's top spots are easily reached from the hotel, either by metro, or a somewhat longer walk. Staff is helpful, their level of English is great, and the restaurant (where breakfast is also served) is a great way to relax after a full day out. All in all, we were very happy to stay here and will be back if we'll come to Shanghai again.

We booked a twin room and the view was exceptional! The location is convenient to many local restaurants, convenience stores, Nanjing walking road, and shopping malls. It was easy to book a taxi or car to get to many landmarks and tourist locations (the Bund, Shanghai Tower,...). My dad forgot his passport in a Didi taxi and Jerry (the concierge manager) was very eager to help us contact Didi customer service and communicate with the driver himself, we couldn't do that due to the language barrier so we were very grateful for that, thank you again! Would recommend staying here.
