I liked everything, I have been visiting Dubai quite often but this time was our best trip..and I figured it out that it is because of the hotel. It's just amazing. 10 out of 10.They also upgrade our room, with a spectacular view of Burj Khalifa . We are definitely coming back again

Hotel se nachází v dubajské čtvrti Bur Dubai, 10 minut autem od nákupního centra Dubai Mall a od mrakodrapu Burdž Chalífa. - Very friendly staff that helps you with everything! - Rooms were very nice, clean, well equiped (e.g. new bottles of water, coffee and tea every day), comfortable bed, nice shower, always very clean! - The pool is warm, clean and always sunny - We booked breakfast once (the other days we immediatly went into the city) but wish we did more! Delicious breakfast with lots of choice at a very decent price - price / quality is absolutely good - It’s a 17 min walk to the nearest metro station (we visited a lot by public transport) but that was okay for us, the neighborhood is clean and safe

Situated near bustling Sheikh Zayed Road, Grand Hyatt Dubai is set on landscaped gardens with 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools and boasts 13 dining and entertainment venues. What I loved the most was the 24-hour lovely pool and its jacuzzi as well as outdoor pools. The spacious & spotlessly clean room was amazing. Super friendly staff to name some; Dina at breakfast & Aram in reception.

The entire property was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were top priorities. This commitment to cleanliness added to the overall comfort of my stay. Hotel's amenities were outstanding. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center, the delicious dining options, or the beautiful pool area, everything was top-notch. Prime location made it convenient for me to explore the city, and I appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. My room was not only spacious and tastefully decorated but also incredibly comfortable. I had a restful night's sleep every night of my stay.

We loved our stay at Hyatt Regency Creek residence. Will give five stars to Chef Nazrul and Shabbir. Always smiling and very helpful. We had 1 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and clean. The clothes dryer was not working but got fixed straight away!
