The openness of the property & access to the beach was beautiful! Several access points to balconies & balconies looking out to the beach were also a plus. The air hockey table provided an extra touch in making this home enjoyable. The laundry room is large, so we were able to comfortably do laundry. The kitchen was stocked with appliances & cookware which was also nice, so we could comfortably cook dinner, snacks & lunches.

Gorgeous property! Beautiful view of the sunset. It is very spacious, and lots of rooms for all of us to sleep comfortably. Although it is not directly on the beach, it is an easy 0.25 mile walk (3 minutes) down a private road. There is another bay about 5 minutes drive that costs only $3, but it is more crowded.

The location can't be beaten. The condo was not updated, but entirely adequate and comfortable. The cable tv was great. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The washer and dryer were excellent. Great hot water in the shower.
