Our recent stay at La Quinta Hotel provided a mixed experience that warrants both praise and constructive feedback. As a family of four, we spent one night in a room with two queen beds, encountering various aspects worth noting.
Check-in initially presented a minor hiccup regarding a damage deposit, despite our assurance that it was already included in our charges through Booking.com. While this issue was quickly resolved, we were surprised to discover a damage deposit charge the following morning. However, after a brief discussion with the front desk, the charges were promptly dropped, and we encountered no further billing issues.
The room itself was standard in size but comfortably accommodated our family's needs with its two queen beds.
Our stay coincided with a long weekend, yet we found the breakfast offerings to be below the standard typically associated with these hotels. We were disappointed by the excessive use of plastics. Each cup for the waffle machine and cutlery were individually wrapped, contributing to unnecessary waste. We hope La Quinta considers more environmentally friendly alternatives in the future.
Unfortunately, the hallways and stairwells presented a notable challenge during our stay. A persistent unpleasant odor lingered, particularly in the carpeted stairwell. While we understand the difficulty in maintaining cleanliness, especially in high-traffic areas, addressing this issue could greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
On a positive note, the staff demonstrated kindness and courtesy throughout our stay. Despite the minor inconveniences, their professionalism and attentiveness were appreciated and contributed to a more pleasant experience.

Staff was great. Very friendly, super helpful. The location was good for what we needed. Size was perfect. Liked the large refrigerator and microwave in the room. Plenty of stores around. If you needed any kitchen items you had to ask the staff. Cupboards are bare, no coffee maker, cups, plates, utensils etc. unless you ask for it but it is all available upon request. They supply plenty of towels and soap in the bathroom.

The breakfast was okay. The overall stay was fine, nothing to really complain about. You get what you pay for and at this price I can’t really complain much. The staff was pleasant enough.

Called hotel to confirm reservation and was told that we didn't have anything under our name which caused us to book through this site. Found out when we arrived at the hotel that we had two reservations and they would not do anything for us. Staff rude and unhelpful. Key cards did not work every day which caused multiple trips to the front desk. Elevator did not work and had to climb 4 flights of stairs. Carpet was wet and musty smelling outside room. Would not recommend.

Jessop to me is just close to the airport at an affordable price almost. When they take everything away then the rate per night should drop. Not far from mall. Jessop is just a place to sleep and get up and leave out.

I now knew what to expect with regards to Red Roof Inn accommodation. And so yes, I revisited this particular inn again. The staff was different to the ones I previously encountered and they were both amazingly welcoming.
The room was nice but there was no refrigerator or kettle as there was in my previous stay there.

All in all, the hotel met my expectations.
All in all, the hotel met my expectations. The only thing I would mention as a negative point: in spite of the fact that the room was basically non smoking, there was a characteristic smoking smell inside the room...

It is absolutely a den of bed bugs.
It is absolutely a den of bed bugs. I left covered in bite bumps all over. I have photos and video of my terrible ordeal.
I am profoundly tormented by the affliction. In this era of COVID19, NOBODY SHOULD STAY THERE. BUY BEWARE!!!
Infact they shouldn't be operating as a hotel, instead it should be registered as a zoo for BUGS, BED FREAKING BUGS IN 2020.
HORRIBLE!!!

It was a nice family trip while staying in Jessup.
It was a nice family trip while staying in Jessup. We was able to quickly and easily get around Jessup and travel to Laurel, Columbia, Washington DC, and Baltimore. With our family lifestyle, we did not pursue areas or locations that felt unsafe, and thankfully, no one encountered us with evil. Everyone we encountered from Jessup, was polite and the businesses we frequent was of typical service.
The hotel room was horrible. It was dirty. The bed had hair in it, the fixtures was not wiped down. We had no tissue in the bathroom, food on the refrigerator and they didn’t vacuum . Omg no fucking worker is there at a certain time. I think this place is a shelter/ hotel . No one should go there. I want my money back. Fuck! I also caught a rash and I’m about to let my doctor see it tomorrow cause it was not on me before I went to that hotel. I stayed at that place left with a rash. I should’ve took pictures of the room
The friendly staff. They didnt give me any crap about not wearing a mask. I don't wear them. Period. Niether will I ever give up my medical information in the future in return for staying at your hotel. I also enjoyed how so many people staying there were going to the same event I was, The M3 Rock Festival.
The breakfast was very good also the dinner we got there on our arrival to the hotel. It was very good customer service the time we walk in the door, we Dwayne and Dennis,Tony also Will we had a very good time Sunday night at the bar.
I liked that we were close to restaurants and shopping centers but the amount of trash on the side of the road leading to the hotel was a little off putting
