The staff was very friendly and caring beyond amazing they made sure my stay was pleasant and they was so helpful they made sure I made it on time to my interview with their shuttle service to and from and they picked me up and dropped me off to the airport on time…the staff was amazing all around

The customer service was great and very accommodating. I didn't like the room assigned because of the view ( facing the roof shingles)but was graciously reassigned to a different room when asked. I was always greeted with a smile with each encounter. The location offers lots of shopping and eatery options. There's also a bar inside the hotel if interested.

The house was disgusting.
The house was disgusting. The booking stated 5 bedrooms but there were only 4 bedrooms. The property management was horrible when communicating our dissatisfaction. Please see the pictures I posted. It was so nasty. I don't want anybody to be fooled by this listing. It needs to be removed from booking. We paid for 5 bedrooms and only got 4 bedrooms. We had to share rooms. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked it. The listing is falsely advertised on booking.com.

Shuttle service is unreliable and not available after 10:00 pm but theyadvertise 24/7 shuttle. Rude treatment by front desk and shuttle driver. The heater wasn’t working , the remote either, the hot water was taking for ever and I know there’s other tenants but water was running for about 20 mins before it got hot ,the room was suppose to be non smoking but it smelled like smoke we told the people in the front and they didn’t Offer to move us or anything there was no microwave and we asked for a do not disturb and they said they didn’t have . It was a horrible experience I had never had any problems until now we always stay at a motel 6 I was very disappointed and dissatisfied I will never stay there again

Very basic, but price was least in area.
Very basic, but price was least in area. No amenities other than a small piece of soap. No hair dryer. There was a microwave, but the cord was too short, so. We had to put it on the floor to plug it in. The sheets were too small and came off the very old mattress during the night. The card entry system had to be redone at least 5 times during two night stay. The safety lock on door was broken. Perhaps the worse thing is the lobby is never open, they have installed a bank teller like thick glass to keep themselves safe? Didn’t give me a good feeling about the hotel’s location.

Room was different than I booked. I had ask if pool was opened at time of booking and was told no. Once I checked in I heard kids yelling and I ask if pool was opened they said yes. I was up set because I would have brought swim suit and use the pool and hot tub.
