I wanted to leave an honest review even though our trip had a few hiccups. So the hotel is great, it’s beautiful. The location is great. But the staff lost my key to my car which caused many headaches. The valet driver actually drove us to where we needed to be which was great. Wasn’t upset that they lost my key. It was that management did nothing. They never offered to help in anyway. The valet staff apologized several times and as I told them, it happens, I wasn’t upset. It was when I went to the front desk the staff there seemed like you were an inconvenience.

I was only there for part of the day and I explored the Taft Museum/National Park. It was very interesting and there is a lot of information on President Taft. The house is in great shape but does have a lot of steps, however there is also a hidden elevator. Just tell your guide about your mobility issues. I had plans to see the zoo but it was 35 degrees with snow flurries the next day. So I opted for the Creation Museum; it has really grown since my last visit! It is awesome.

Like many cities Cincinnati is beautiful in parts.
Like many cities Cincinnati is beautiful in parts. There is a great art and food scene, and plenty to do and enjoy. Transit is not particularly difficult and parking is difficult but available, and pricy.
The problem with Cincinnati is the level of crime and drug use throughout the city. One can't walk 100 yards without smelling marijuana and the promlems of poverty and homelessness are continuously evident. The good and bad parts are common to most cities. Oddly right across the river in Newport Kentucky the crime, drugs, etc. Seem basically non-existent. The Newport Aquarium and Hoffbrau Haus were great.

We came away with a much greater appreciation for the city of Cincinnati and Ohio in general. We appreciated amazing food, art deco architecture, art, and science in the city. The zoo is so much more than just Fiona. The animal enclosures are well-designed to provide a reasonable experience for the animals and great viewing for guests. The Cincinnati Museum Center and American Sign Museum were fun too.

Was in for a conference so didn't really have time to spend sight-seeing downtown. From what I could observe, downtown area has a number of closed businesses downtown and lots of constructions which made driving somewhat challenging.
Loved the location - not too far from the airport, shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Kroger, Starbucks, etc., just 5 mins away and easy parking.
Front desk was efficient, super easy to check-in and the process took literally 2 mins. Polite, super professional and welcoming staff. Rates were good, much better than Downtown and it was quiet and felt homey.
Have stayed here a few times now and this is my go-to place for Cincinnati.
Room was clean, height of the bed was just right too - not too low. Fridge and microwave came in handy.
Cosy convenient little apartment which was perfect for a visit to Cincinnati. Kitchen well equipped for cooking a great meal with produce from the wonderful Finley market.
Everything was clean and well maintained throughout. Parking was on the street, but right outside, you’ll need to message ahead to register the car to park. I think this whole area is on the up and you can see it’s being invested in. Gorgeous buildings all along the road, some in better condition than others, but all great specimens of Victorian architecture.
It was my birthday weekend and my first time in downtown Cincinnati so I was excited. The hotel itself looked very nice and clean but I was disappointed bc our bed sheets had a weird brown/reddish stain (we asked for new ones) and the bed felt like we slept on concrete it was so hard. Very friendly staff memeber and that was probably the only good thing. My room was $185.95 and was not worth that at all. I probably would have been more comfortable at an $80.00 stay. Will never stay again.
Nothing..the staff was very rude..they lied when we found a cockroach in our room they said we would get our money back but did not. We had to leave at 11:30 at night because we did not want to stay in a hotel that had cockroaches. I would never stay there again!! Rude and liars ..they also tried to say we probably planted the cockroach which is insane we had travelled 7 hours to get there from Canada and then went to a concert..the last thing we wanted was to nit be able to go to bed!!
The two innkeepers were welcoming, friendly, and extreme helpful. My husband needed a room to work in for a couple of hours and he was able to use one in the back. We had The Bach Room and it was cozy, quiet and the bed very comfortable. There were plenty of towels that were new and fluffy. Their was a Nespresso machine and a mini fridge in the room also! We were able to walk or catch an Uber very easily. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again!
I was in town working on a new store at Kenwood Towne Centre which is directly across the street. It is also very easy to access major roadways but doesn’t feel like it’s a highway hotel. While the rooms are a bit outdated, there was plenty of room and generally comfortable furniture. For the price it would be hard to beat. The staff were all super friendly and the breakfast was great. I will stay here again next month when I return.
We loved that the hotel was so close to so many different places to eat and a mall. The breakfast was great and had so many choices. We loved how quiet the hotel was. The pool was the best part for the kids!
The FBI field office was located behind the hotel. We were 15 minutes from the amazing Cincinnati Zoo and Jungle Jim’s!
Clean and neat space. Definitely worth the price and more! I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Cincinnati. Clean rooms and bathroom and closer proximity to Cincinnati’s downtown and other attraction site. I will score it 9.5/10
The room is specious. It’s a little bit complicated to find the room. The location was very good for us. Parking is convenient. We only stayed for one night. It’s a good place if you have to stay in Cincinnati for a while. For just one night a hotel is easier.
unique character. great friendly host. lovely simple breakfast. great amenities in bedroom, thoughtful touches. great vibe to hotel and perfect location for assessing the cities main attractions. would definitely recommend and stay again.
The room sure seemed updated. The common areas could have been nicer. Yes in a somewhat rough part of town, but never felt unsafe. Would stay again if I needed to be close to downtown Cincinnati but not spend an arm and a leg.
Everything about it was perfect! The location, the staff, breakfast & the room. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Cincinnati. Will be staying here again :)
Modern, bright, and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Super easy and quick check in. Close to downtown Cincinnati without a big price tag. Convenient to everything.
