We loved the decor and how clean everything was. Loved the light scent of the house upon entering. The whole house was spotless. The common areas were lovely. We played a game of Pac-Man. We were in #4 the Turquoise suite. We enjoyed the complimentary champagne on the rooftop deck one night. We made coffee in the Keurig machine in the kitchen and watched the sunrise on the rooftop deck too. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the sheets were so soft. We used the beach chairs and umbrella several times and this was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again! Loved everything about it!

AMI is an amazing area, this was my second visit in 4 months! My favorites: Walking and swimming on beach, the locals because they are friendly and helpful, and as far as restaurants, I didn't experience any sub par eateries, they were all incredible.
The grouper (not to mention the frozen drinks) at the Daiquiri Deck are incredibly delicious. I fell in love with the Island Creperie and ate there several times! Their freshly made bread and sandwiches makes your mouth water! The staff and owners are so friendly and made me feel right at home. The Wicked Cantina has a tasty assortment of California Hispanic food. I enjoyed it very much along with their house margarita.
For an evenings social entertainment I headed over to the Drift In, it's an incredibly fun place to hang out, listen to live music and chat it up with the patrons... and made several new best friends!
For me, walking was the best way to get around since I stayed in the area. Traffic on the weekend can be quite daunting. Seems like everyone wants to spend a little time in Paradise!

The road construction and congestion needs to be conveyed to the vacationing party in advance of stay so they can determine if this is an issue. To pay full price for a unit without knowledge of the inconveniences is not fair to the out of town vacationer.

Close to beach, which is great, but the amenities were questionable. Had trouble getting on the WiFi due to printed instructions not being correct for our unit. There were no paper towels; but when we asked they provided them within 24 hours. There were no tissues in the unit; but we used toilet paper. If you plan to use the kitchen,, you may want to bring some of your own....bare minimum at best provided. The room was not very clean; found a receipt on the floor from a previous guest. The craftsmanship was poor and property needs much care. (dresser drawer not working, another drawer missing a knob, bathroom outlet looks like there were issues as it looked like it burned, etc.)

This is not the place for seniors.
This is not the place for seniors. Showers were slippery with no mats. No high rise toilets. Furniture was uncomfortable however the mattress was good support. The traffic noice on 2 busy streets was unbearable. No shades on the front windows.
The unit was clean with nice appliances and plenty of nice towels. Nice laundry facilities. However the trash was quite aways from the unit and recycles were 2floors down. Personally I would not stay there again for the price!

We only stayed one night.
We only stayed one night. It was a quick last minute beach trip so we could not explore more of Ana Maria Island. Next time we hope to stay an extra day. Upon arriving we headed straight to the beach a few hours before check-in. Our stay was a quick 3 minute walk from Playa Esmeralda Boutique Inn. The area near Cortez Rd W. has public parking which is nice even though we did not need it. We planned our trip at the beginning of October when the beaches are less crowded and the water is not as warm so it feels refreshing. The outside temperature is still about 85 degrees and sunny. The next day we traveled to the tip of bean Point. the sand here is very soft but there is no public parking. Its all residential. You need to find parking well before getting to the Point. Manatee Public Beach has a large parking lot. Did notice a couple of other smaller lots but not much. The rest of the 2-3 mile stretch has small beach access paths.

Manatee beach park in Holmes beach (near center of island on gulf side) has a nice gift shop and restaurant and ice cream. Drum circle on Friday nights, live music, lifeguard and facilities. Pretty wide beach. Also Beane Point is a must see! Best restaurant by far is Lazy Lobster on Longboat key south of AMI just over small bridge and on the left approximately 6 mi from BBR. It’s in a little strip mall area on the left. There’s also an ice cream shop there. We went for early dining 3:30-5:00. Great specials and atmosphere. Casual with fantastic service. Everything we’ve tried there is delicious and we go every time we visit AMI. Jackie at BBR at front desk was so sweet and helpful and the grounds were pretty. Nice clean pool with ice machine there. Giant chess set on outdoor table and grills to use and very comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas. Can’t wait to go back!

This place was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend to anyone coming to Anna Maria Island. The staff is so friendly as are the other guest. It feels like you’re staying with friends and family. The room was perfect for our needs and provided everything needed for a beach vacation. The location was great and all you had to do was cross the street and you’re on the beach. The pool was also great. If you’re looking for a great affordable option, choose Queen’s Gate resort.
Bfast was ok...simple maybe add some cereal boxes, flavor creamers and fresh fruit. Resort was adorable thought excellent location with beach umbrellas and chairs. Room unfortunately was smaller than we thought when booked thru booking. Tried to upgrade upon check in but girl at check in could not get us a king. We had 2 kids so would recommend biggest room with children.
Easy walk to the beach and very quiet. Considering the small space there was a nice outside sitting area. Really appreciated the comfortable beach chairs. We have experienced other beach rentals where the beach chairs provided were rusted or would not open. Kitchen area well stocked for preparing simple meals. Bed was comfortable. Good overall use of a small space.
We were stupid and didn't realize the room we rented was on the 2nd floor with no elevator, and we were traveling with our 90 year old, nearly blind step mom. It was 5:30 pm but the nice lady on the phone set us up at a sister hotel, the Silver Surf, with a great room with an elevator.
She turned a potential disaster into a very nice experience. Thanks!
We loved this hotel, I plan on going there again and again!! The location is perfect, you can park your car and basically walk everywhere. It's also easy drive to and from the airport. On the beach they have a company that will rent jet skis and catamarans, and having beach chairs (lounge kind) is a major plus!!
The communal kitchen and living area was a great space. We got great use out of them. The hot tub was also very enjoyable. There was a recycling bin out front which was very welcome. It's the first one we've found after two weeks in several accommodations in Florida so top marks to the owners.
Exceptional location. Sunrise view over Sarasota Bay and sunset view Gulf of Mexico from the end of driveway.
Peaceful during the day when we walked back from beach to have lunch on the porch.
It is a beach cottage as described on website and is perfect for a couples get away.
Wonder new pool area across the street from the beach. Facilities are clean. Staff are friendly. The hotel is divide among a street block so there are no public Changing or restroom facilities. This would be helpful to know before arrival.
The unit was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, lots of space for our family of five. We have been to Bradenton Beach Club several times and we love it, 2 warm pools and a hot tub, close to restaurants and Bridge St.
Perfectly equipped and decorated in a gorgeous Florida beachy style. Hosts were on hand all the time and so kind and friendly. Location unreal. No need to go anywhere else. Trolley bus is an absolute bonus too. We will be back
Great location close to Bridge Street. Bradenton Beach is very walkable.
Be sure to read the House Rules not so much to learn what you shouldn't do but about all that you can do with the beautiful common space.
I loved that the bungalow had an old Florida feel and that it was a small facility. It was right on the beach! Staff were friendly, facility was clean. Everything I was looking for in a vacation!
Close to everything. Check in and management very accommodating. Kathy is great! Property has it all. Pool, facility to wash clothes, and a patio cooking area. Very quaint old Florida vibe.
I loved the location and my unit #107. It was very cozy. I will come again and ask for beachfront instead of beachside next time! Staff very pleasant and helpful.
The location was good and was easy to find. The weather was great. Anna maria island is beautiful but is very busy now compared to our last visit a few years ago.
