Was great location for the end of our trip. Just needed an overnight stay to catch an early flight out of Venice. Similar to a typical business hotel in a suburban area of the US. Simple and basic and fit the needs. Value was on par with other similar options available in the area but the same price as all our other stays during this vacation which were spectacular farm stays with breakfast or beautiful palazzos in the heart of Padua. So in that regard, not a great value.

We didn't expect much as we were about just to sleep over on our way back home. The bonus is that the Hotel is just near the good outlet. It is clean, the staff is polite, some of them even speak Serbian. The basic room is comfortable. Variety of things to choose for breakfast, free parking. Location is good if you are looking for a rest down the main road or if you need a hotel near the shopping mall.
