Good value for money. Missed out flight and it was one of the cheapest options available for 5 adults, 2 children and for the price it was definitely acceptable.
Nice and close to the airport.
Rooms adequate size and felt nice and clean. Larger family rooms had 2 single beds on an upper floor which would be better suited for older children but did have a gate so not bad for younger too.

This is the hotel that we choose all the time, every time! The reason for that is the amazing customer care, especially Marion, who would go a mile to help you and accommodate all your requitements.
It's also the location as it is is closed to the station where Eurostar comes to. The breakfast is above and beyond. You will not find the same quality, variety and deliciousness anywhere else in Paris, unless it is the Athenee. Trust me on that. We love food and their breakfast is crazily amazing.
The rooms are brilliant, very stylish as well as throughout the entire hotel.
The communication with the hotel is very good, they respond immediately.
The rooms are very clean and most of them have balconies with a great view.
