Charming area, many restaurants we were not able to try on this visit, but will visit again. Staked Pancake was great for breakfast. Chef Riza Persian Grill was also excellent. Minimal construction for summer time and easy to get around to visiting destinations in downtown Toronto.

I Had a very bad experience, there were many noises throughout the whole night. Because of that, I didn't get a good sleeping experience. The bed had 3 different noises ( the mattress, the wood, and the metal pieces ) there was also another noise that would be making noise during the whole night at almost every 30 minutes ( coming from the closet or somewhere around it). The host didn't speak one word of English so I couldn't really discuss anything with her.

Great facility.
Great facility. Breakfast at the Crave restaurant in the Sheraton was exceptional. Pool is awesome, but many up and down stairs to get from the elevator to the actual pool. Challenging when you are physically challenged. Otherwise, this facility is terrific, clean and newly renovated.

Our scope for the trip was a Special Dinner at Persian Palace. Travelodge was a perfect stay after a great party night !
Location was great, too bad constructions on Yonge street are in the way, coming from Elgin Mills Street !!!
The hotel is in a great location and our room was very clean. Love the wood floors instead of carpet. Beds were comfy and it was everything that we were looking for. The price was a bonus. The included breakfast suited our needs as well. Breakfast was bagged (due to Covid) and included juice, a bottle of water, a hard boiled egg, a banana, a muffin and a granola bar. Plus coffee available in the lobby as well. We wanted an affordable place for one night in order to attend an event and this place gave us exactly what we needed.
I have never rented a hotel before, but I needed a place to stay for the night. The Best Value Inn at Richmond Hill was in the right price bracket for me.
It may not have been the fanciest hotel, but the service was good. They were accommodating, the bed was made, and the towels were nicely folded.
I was nervous about renting a hotel room at first.
I thank the staff and management for making my first hotel rental a pleasant and calming experience.
The breakfast had a nice variety and their pancake machine made EXCELLENT pancakes.
The ac was super powerful which was great with the temperature in the 30s.
The bed was comfortable and clean and we got extra pillows when we asked. The size of the room was great and the shower was amazing. Everything was very clean.
This hotel is also close to a GO train station (a few minutes by car) which made going to downtown Toronto pretty easy.
This hotel was conveniently located near the event venue that my sister and I where attending. It was very clean. Front desk staff were exceptional. Upon checking in then front desk attendant was able to make taxi arrangements for us, which was very nice. Exceptional customer service at the front desk, bar and restaurant. Rooms comfortable and nice beds. Huge walk in shower.
I will stay again and will highly recommend.
Friendly hosts, Took us in, with our dog, no money down, on short notice in the worst snowstorm of the year. Hotel prices were jacked up at the time and the basic hotels wanted 350 per night. We chose ns basemente instead. The hosts cleared a path for us to enter in the storm. The apartment is good value for money. Close to shopping, Includes full kitchen with cooking utensils.
I stayed here for 2 days and it was WONDERFUL!
The staff at front desk was great.
The beds are SUPER comfortable and the shower pressure is great.
Lots of food places to eat. Starbucks inside the hotel and Tim Hortons outside the hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel and will be back for sure! :)
They were very pleasant hosts and Courteous to all of our needs. We had our own privacy, and the location was excellent. The place was clean and Tidy. Overall I didn't have any complaints. When you need somewhere to stay in Richmond Hill, this is a cozy place to be.
Their beds were pretty comfy. Bathroom clean. There is a good Starbucks at the Marriott next door. We had a package delivered there after we had checked out and they kept it for us. THANK YOU. The staff were generally pleasant except for (see below)
The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. I appreciate the fact that breakfast is included. The location is close to all of the local shopping malls and a short drive to great Canton and American cuisine themed restaurants.
Breakfast was great and we appreciated the options available. The beds were comfortable and made for a restful sleep, The room was pleasant and looked much better than expected considering the aged look of the hotel exterior.
Easy access to Toronto attractions. Free parking on site (not always the case for downtown hotels). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free coffee/tea available in lobby. Excellent value for money.
The host was very accommodating and we loved being able to be all together yet have our own space as well. I would love to come back to Canada and stay here again.
