All off the staff were really helpful, the property is very beautiful surrounded by nature and the rooms were exceptionally good for the price. When I visit Cat Ba again I will be staying here.

Lan Ha er staðsett í Cat Ba Floating Homestay býður upp á gistirými við ströndina, 1,4 km frá Monkey Island-ströndinni og ýmiss konar aðstöðu, svo sem einkastrandsvæði, garð og bar. Exotic, unique, mind blowing. We stayed only one night, but would recommend two. The staff staying on board speaks very little English, but are super friendly and cooks very good food.

Minh Hưng Motel er staðsett í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Tuan Chau-ströndinni og í 12 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Bikini Island-ströndinni. The room was very clean and spacious! Everything was good and the staff was also very friendly!

M'Gloria Cruise er 5 stjörnu gististaður sem snýr að sjónum í Ha Long. Boðið er upp á þaksundlaug, líkamsræktarstöð og bar. Gistirýmið er með fjallaútsýni og svalir. The boat was beautiful and the staff were excellent. Jasmine our server was excellent!

First thing first, Elite of the sea is hands down the most luxurious cruise available in Halong Bay. Even before the cruise started, we were a little bit taken aback on how good and frequent the communication was. We were late for our cruise, David called us while we were on the way from the airport to inform us that he will stay at the harbour to wait for us and organised a boat to get to the cruise. From the get go, we realised how personalised the service was. We had our own 'butler', Jay who was fantastic, ready to attend to your need when needed. The room itself was 5 star with nice balcony witnessing the scenic Halong Bay (we were a bit unlucky as the weather wasn't the best when we were there). I thought the 7 course meal was great as well, especially with the service from Jay. What struck me the most is the ratio of staffs to guests which was very high! They really make you feel welcome and special. I love the attention to details. David (manager)was always around to chat and explain our itinerary. Nar was very friendly whom we had a very entertaining conversation with. He spared no effort to make our stay enjoyable. There so many things to enjoy about this trip, which I won't be able to include in this short review. The only thing to be mindful about is the WiFi will be erratic as you will be on a cruise away from the mainland. All on all, it is definitely a 10 stars experience, fully recommended without any reservation. It is honestly by far the best service we had so far and that is coming from a couple who travel a lot and mainly stay in high ends hotels. Before this trip, we thought the best service we had was from a certain 5 stars hotel in Thailand. Well, Elite of the sea team ( especially David, Jay and Nar) convinced us otherwise! Cat Ba Bay Cruises er staðsett í Cat Ba og býður upp á gistirými við ströndina, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Tung Thu-ströndinni og ýmiss konar aðstöðu, svo sem vatnaíþróttaaðstöðu, verönd og bar. We loved our stay - beautiful views, really comfy room, good food (catered for vegans and veggies), and great activities!

CornerCatBa er staðsett í Cat Ba og býður upp á gistirými með loftkælingu og svölum. Gististaðurinn er með fjalla- og stöðuvatnsútsýni og er 1,3 km frá Tung Thu-ströndinni. We had the best time in CornerCatBa. The host family couldn’t be any kinder. Thanh helped us to book Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay tour, transfers from/to Hanoi and Ninh Binh, did the laundry for us, recommended restaurants and cafes and cooked delicious breakfasts. She also helped to arrange a taxi for us to take us to Cat Ba National Park and even prepared bahn mi, snacks and water for us for free. The location of the accommodation was also great away from all the noise of Cat Ba Town with a beautiful view of the lake. We felt very special to experience Vietnamese hospitality and authentic experience. Thanh (our host) was so generous and kind, we felt like part of the family from the moment we arrived. If you want to experience true Vietnamese hospitality, look no further.

Cat Ba Countryside Homestay er nýenduruppgerður gististaður í Cat Ba, 300 metrum frá Hospital-hellinum. Boðið er upp á loftkæld herbergi með ókeypis WiFi og einkabílastæði. Great homemade food, and very nice and friendly staff. A really nice place to relax.
