Very nice place with the great hygiene. The host is very helpful and kind to answer all the questions with the best assistance. I and my son enjoy the stay with 100% satisfaction. This is an excellent place to stay. Landlord is very kind and the place is well built and amply supplied. There was even a big jar of Peet's Coffee and a coffee maker, spices for cooking, filtered water in the big fridge. We loved the garden. Peaceful, relaxing. A perfect place to have coffee in the morning or a drink at night. The location is ideal. Close to anything you might want and in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent value.

I loved this location right next to campus and the convenience of parking my car in the garage so that I could easily travel on foot. The fact that everything had a code made it really easy to enter the garage, yard and apartment. The little kitchen was perfect - it had everything I needed. Really appreciate there was a stove top in addition to the microwave.

To have a balcony with a stream passing by and a close view of the flowing stream from bedroom window was a high point. Really lovely staff, efficient and caring. Comfortable bed and great room. Fab breakfast with loads of nice choices. 6 minute walk to Nevada City high street. Free off-road parking. Fully recommend. A real 10/10.
