Our room was spacious and clean, the view from the (shared) upstairs balcony is wonderful, and there's good wifi. We were very pleased with the bathroom and the water was nice and hot. Hostess speaks Georgian, Russian and German; no English. Breakfast is standard Georgian; not worth the additional 20 GEL per person, but good enough (and convenient as there aren't many restaurants in the immediate vicinity).

Our room was large, very clean, and the beds were comfy. We also enjoyed the balconies, garden, and their cat Schwartz! Don't hesitate to book Top Floor, it's one of the best guesthouses we've stayed in on our travels around Georgia.
