I booked this place for my family and all they gave me was great feedback. The place is clean and complete with all the things you would need in a staycation place. The shower rooms and toilet are neat. They appliances were up to date and the place ooks exactly how the pictures are shown. The wifi connection is a plus! This is not the first time my family has gone to Pico de Loro. The internet connection is one of the challenges when you rent some units from the compound. This place is one ot those that provide good connection.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. You can find everything you need in their kitchen! Our room is spacious and has a nice view of the beach, awesome view of the sunset. Will definitely go back and stay with Casa Talia again! :)

The ambience of the Tree House by the Ocean was relaxing. Love the pool. Hospitality of the host JV was very welcoming and exceptional.

Breakfast was delicious every day with a dedicated egg and pankcake station. I filled up on garlic rice and chicken adobo most days, and there were many more options. Meat, fruit, sausages and so much more every day. I ended up having enough for breakfast and lunch daily, amazing!

It was clean and spacious. Miss Marielle and Ate Apple were so nice and helpful. We had fun, especially the kids.

Super accomodating ng lahat ng staff specially the owner itself, Ms. April! ☺️ mula reservation, byahe hanggang paguwi she is always attending my msgs! The place was clean, very spacious and relaxing. The rooms are well maintained and so is the entire house. The host was also wonderful, accommodating yet very professional as well.
