📍 The location was truly perfect; near Piazza San Marco, a lot of great restaurants and Ponte Rialto. 🛌 The apartment was magnificent: very elegant, spacious and impeccable. We liked the attention to details and that the kitchenette was well-equipped. The luxury we felt there made our stay even more memorable.

We stayed at the Ecco Apartments for 1 week in June 2023. Ivan our concierge met us and was extremely helpful during our stay, suggesting which ferry to catch and where to eat and drink. The apartment was modern, with new kitchen equipment that looked unused. I do enjoy a coffee in the morning and whilst a cafetière would have been ideal, Ivan went out and purchased a coffee maker which was fantastic. The bathroom was spotless, as was the rest of the apartment The location is literally a couple of minutes from the main front of San Zaccaria, but far enough away to be a quiet peaceful area. There were a number of bars, shops and restaurants near the apartment On arrival, we were added to the Concierge Whatsapp group and Ivan was on-hand for any questions or help which was reassuring in a busy city We used the apartment as a base and had day trips out to Lake Garda and Verona with the rail infrastructure being far superior to anything in the UK and we would highly recommend using the train to explore other parts of Italy. We would highly recommend the Ecco apartments. Thanks for a great stay.

Central location - 3 minutes from the shuttle station, just behind san marco square and few minutes from realto bridge. the owner was extremely kind, gave exact directions and waited for us in the apartment with clear instructions and tips. the apartment is very spacious for a family of 4 and fully equipped with everything that's needed. it is also very well decorated, everything is new and reserved, and it has a small and very nice porch. very pleasant to stay in the apartment. it is on the 3rd floor of the building

Azért ezt az apartmant választottunk szállásunknak, hogy jobban bele tudjuk képzelni magunkat a velencei mindennapi életbe. Minden reggel az első utunk a csatornára néző ablakhoz vezetett, ahonnan figyeltük hogyan indul a napi élet, indulnak a helyiek munkába csónakkal, a gyerekek iskolába. Mindent megtaláltunk az apartmanban, amire szükségünk volt, közben a régi bútorok olyan hangulatot keltettek mintha a múltba csöppentünk volna. Szálloda mindenhol van a világon, de velencei tradicionális lakások csak Velencében! Egyszerűen imádtuk!

Kedves házigazda, aki segített meg abban is, hogy hogyan jutsz el a reptérről a szállásra. Mindenben segített. A lakás felszereltsége is okés volt, nagyon otthonos. Meleg lakás fogadott, amikor megérkeztünk. Az apartman nagyon jó helyen található, ahonnan gyalog mindent meg lehet közelíteni és a tömegközlekedési eszközök is közel vannak.

A házigazda Marco nagyon kedves és segítőkész, éttermeket is ajánlott a közelben. Az apartman gyönyörűen felújított, figyelve az apróbb részletekre is. Az ágyak, a párnák nagyon kényelmesek. Az apartman szuper helyen van, 15 perc séta minden.
