Very attentive and available staff. I arrived from a red-eye much earlier then regular check-in time and was immediately given a spacious and comfortable room. Everything was perfect for what I wanted. A shower and a clean bed to prepare me for the early flight the next morning. Also the business room with computers that I desperately needed to use. And the hotel picked me up from the car rental at the airport after I turned my car in, then dropped me off the next morning for my flight. Friendly, knowledgeable staff!

I was greeted right when I walked through the door by one of the most friendly staff members that has ever been behind a check-in desk. Due to an error by Booking.com when they forwarded my reservation to the hotel, my reservation was not showing in their system. Thankfully I had a printed copy of my confirmation email and the staff member reassured me that she would guarantee my family would taken care of. She worked diligently to locate the error as I called the number for Booking.com. Before I could even get someone on the phone she had found the mistake and had my room keys prepared. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The overnight stay was one of the best we've experienced. The friendly and courteous staff of the morning were just as great as the evening staff. If I ever need to stay overnight in that part of Columbus, Ohio again I know where I will be staying.
