Just back this morning after the most amazing "bucket list" experience at The Jumbo Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were so well looked after. The Cockpit Suite is a 'must stay' for anyone who is an aviation enthusiast, especially if the Queen of the Sky (747) is your all time favourite aircraft. We had such a wonderful experience. The staff throughout were very friendly and efficient. We loved our stay so much, that we plan to come back again. Thank you Jumbo Hotel - you exceeded our expectations.

After booking, I called the reception and asked for airport shuttle, they told me where to go (terminal 4, bus stop n 12) and to call when I was there. It was easy to find and no need to call since the shuttle was conveniently there loading another passengers. Plenty of room in a van, so I joined them, smooth as silk! After arrival and payment, I booked time of my choosing for morning shuttle back to airport. All free of charge - great service!

Soap in the bathroom. Toilet tissue abundantly. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Some even could speak english fluently. The shuttle to and from the airport was super.. that is.. we were not in a hurry. Once in the car.. we reached the airport within 5-10 mins.

Upon arrival at this hotel, at the reception desk, my kids were given little sacks of candies. It was really a lovely experience that never happened to us anywehere else. The lady at the reception was very kind. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good, the hotel restaurant is very cozy with a scandinavian atmosphere.
