I booked the wrong terminal location, the staff were able to change to the correct terminal. Thank you. Good place to stay for a rest and shower during a layover.

Perfect for me with a 10hr stopover in KL. Lovely staff, especially the young man doing the night shift (sorry don't know his name) but very kind and polite young man. So lovely to meet such people.

I like that the bathrooms were shared but you get the whole bathroom to yourself. There's privacy when taking a bath and using the toilet. I love that they have the towels and toiletries handed over to you during check-in. The room had a lot of privacy too and very spacious. The whole place was clean! It was so close too to the departure area!
