We stayed in this hotel to catch an early flight. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Communication from airport and trainline pathetic. Tyron checked his app and gave us clear instructions on getting a bus to the Visitor centre to catch the train

Every single staff person here was outstanding and kind. From a woman checking me in, to a young woman waiter, who saved a table for me, to the woman who made me scrambled eggs and called my taxi.
