Set 300 metres from YVR Airport Station, Fairmont Gold at Fairmont Vancouver Airport offers 5-star accommodation in Richmond and features a bar. Four adults traveling from different three cities on both the East and West Coasts of the US and all heading to Whistler. This hotel was in precisely the right location, IN VANCOUVER AIRPORT, to enable us to fly in on different airlines and different schedules, gather together, collect ourselves, and get a decent rest before heading into the mountains. I wish every airport hotel in the world was like this one!

Everything was great, the place is beautiful and so clean. Our flight was late but the staff waited late for our arrival. This Richmond hotel is situated just 4 km from Vancouver International Airport. Richmond city centre is 3.2 km away. Each guest room includes a 43-inch flat-screen TV and coffee maker. We were very well accommodated as soon as we stepped foot at the airport! The transportation was easy to find and we had no problems getting to the property as they sent very thorough directions and had continuous buses coming every half an hour. They were so kind to accommodate us by making sure we had transportation back home as well, not to mention the gorgeous view and short distance from the airport.
