Location was perfect for us. Close to all amenities. The room was clean and comfortable but I would suggest the possibility of extra pillows. Staff were fantastic, messaged the property before hand and arranged to have birthday balloons put in our room for my husband. Nothing was to much trouble.
Set in the nearest London Borough to Heathrow Airport, Hounslow hotels and guest houses on Booking.com are understandably a popular choice for those flying in and out of the UK’s busiest airport. However, there are more reasons to stay here than just this.
Hounslow Heath has a nature reserve and golf course, and to the north in the Osterley suburb is the National Trust-operated Osterley Park with its stately home and gardens. South-east of here is Syon House, while Hanworth Park House is in the Feltham district, home to just some of the hotels near Heathrow Terminal 4. Also close by is the wildlife haven that is Bedfont Lakes Country Park.
There are also 2 smaller parks in the Cranford district, near the Bath Road which passes the road leading to Heathrow Terminals 1-3. Most hotels near Heathrow on this road are served by an airport shuttle which offers transfers to all 5 terminals. Located at the opposite end of the airport to Hounslow, Terminal 5 is the newest and most state of the art, and has its own station on the London Underground.
All Heathrow Airport stations are on the Piccadilly Line and offer fast connections to the 3 Tube stations in Hounslow itself, and beyond to central London.

Honestly, I don't know Hounslow well, but I always use London Hounslow west station to transfer when I travel from Heathrow. You know, I prefer to travel with the bus, because I can to look around. There is a convenient Sainsbury local next to the Hounslow west station. Iceland store is on the opposite side. And you have to see the market place nearby. his is a weekend market place open only on weekends 7:00am-2:00pm. Other days it’s just a parking area. It's funny and you can get really good bagrain. I didn't see anything like this before - you have to visit it!

We were only in Hounslow the evening and night before our flight out of Heathrow. We walked several blocks to our hotel from the train station, through a section of town with some run down buildings and others under redevelopment. Pleasantly surprised to find the Market Place, a great location for ethnic foods from many countries in a food court setting. Only a couple stops to the airport from the train station.
I liked everything in this hotel. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. I was on the sixth floor and had an amazing view from my room’s French windows. Location-wise, it’s close to Heathrow but connects very well with the rest of the country, wherever one wishes to travel. I could easily access the tube for my trips into London as well as those to other cities. The closest tube station is Hounslow Central.
Their restaurant Hot Plate serves very good Indian food. All said, it was a great stay!
Great location if driving in from north/west of London. Very handy for Picadilly tube line with access into central London. Would also be great for an over night stay if using Heathrow. Staff friendly and helpful. Major bonus was the free parking. Room a good size, with very nice modern en-suite and good shower. It was very hot during our stay but not a problem as it was possible to open two of the windows wide to let in ventilation. Also the thoughtful addition of a fan by the bed if needed.
The hotel was in an excellent location. Feltham train station was about 5 mins walk away, so you could get to Windsor and centre of London within minutes. There are some shops nearby, Asda, Matalan, sport shop etc. Wetherspoon is also walking distance. There was plenty to eat for breakfast and the Italian restaurant on site had a lot of choice. The rooms were spotless. We would definitely stay here again as it’s cheaper than in the middle of London.
The hotel was very clean, and the staff at check-in were informative and helpful even when checking in later in the night. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, and the we got a free cocktail which was pretty good. The hotel itself was very modern and had a large lobby with pool and couches as well as outside seating! The reason we chose this hotel was its close proximity to London Heathrow.
Perfect location for Twickenham and centrally based for local Hounslow High Street
There is a 24/7 reception where you leave your key when you go out.
The bed was super comfortable and spotless.
Rooms have a fridge and safe , complimentary tea coffee and biscuits and water.
The shower was lovely and nice toiletries.
You have the use ofthe kitchen with lovely conservatory dining area.all spotlessly clean
Good location, great places to eat and drink right on the doorstep at sensible prices. Only a short walk from both Hounslow Station and Hounslow Central tube, providing great connections, with a large onsite carpark (chargeable). Making it a great alternative to more expensive city centre hotels. I was there two nights and housekeeping came and tidied and made my bed, great for a budget hotel.
friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, very comfortable bed, though my husband would of liked another pillow but I am sure they would have given him one if he had asked, enjoyed the breakfast and my husband had his Gluten Free choices, loved sitting outside in the evening, close to Hounslow Central tube station for travelling into the centre of London, secure parking facility.
This is the ideal place for anyone who needs to be near Heathrow. It’s mad to stay in one of those ugly soulless “airport” hotels, usually miles from the terminal. The Skylark is a six-minute ride by Tube from the airport station, then a two-minute stroll: a serene space with a fountain on the charming main street of Hounslow West, with the best curry-houses in London.
Proximity to Heathrow and Hounslow West tube station (however it was closed due to a strike, which negated the entire reason we stayed here). It was a 20-30 minute walk from the Hounslow Central station, which we did twice in one day after going into London via tube. Continental breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff was very kind and accommodating.
This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is well managed, clean, comfortable beds and friendly professional staff managed by, Mr. MONDAR DHAGE who was very helpful during my stay. The location perfect close to restaurants, shops and public transports to central London and Heathrow airport. I definitely come back.
The facility is modern and well done. It is very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly and professional. The location is excellent close to the Treaty mall, restaurants, and short distance to Hounslow Central underground station. High street also very close by. I would stay more. at this hotel in the future.
The room was large, the bed, bedding and duvet were comfortable and the pillows were nice. The hotel was at a convenient location near the Central Station of Hounslow. There were shops nearby with easy availability of essential stuff and the bus stops were close-by too. Finally, I loved the proximity to the High Street.
Very spacious, lots of room for a place in London compared to others we've stayed at. Right next to Hounslow High Street, so that's a big plus. Kitchen was spacious and there were enough beds for everyone in our group. Plenty of bathrooms as well, another rarity for a property in London.
5 minute walk from the Underground (Hounslow Central)
about 10 minute ride to the airport
Nice rooms, great for family with young kids.
They have really good Wifi (speed test showed over 250Mbps) which was great while rearranging flights from a missed connection.
Good value for money. Location is excellent close the markets and railway station and can reach London 35 mins. Rooms are good and beds are comfortable. Average Breaskfast.
Free parking, decent size room, good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Would recommend staying for a very comfy stay located in the heart of greater west London.
