Nothing. Property needs severe updating and a though clean. The towels had makeup on them. Hair on the beds and the shower tray. Morning breakfast had hair in the beans. Disgusting. The staff apologised after 10 mins of taking my plate and then asked if I would like the beans in a bowl..
With free Wi-Fi, Civic Hotel is 3 minutes' walk from Hounslow Central Tube Station and a 7-minute walk from Hounslow town centre. The Civic Hotel is set just a few metres from the Lampton Park.

Location was perfect for us. Close to all amenities. The room was clean and comfortable but I would suggest the possibility of extra pillows. Staff were fantastic, messaged the property before hand and arranged to have birthday balloons put in our room for my husband. Nothing was to much trouble.

Very clean excellent staff very good breakfast very friendly
Set in the nearest London Borough to Heathrow Airport, Hounslow hotels and guest houses on Booking.com are understandably a popular choice for those flying in and out of the UK’s busiest airport. However, there are more reasons to stay here than just this.
Hounslow Heath has a nature reserve and golf course, and to the north in the Osterley suburb is the National Trust-operated Osterley Park with its stately home and gardens. South-east of here is Syon House, while Hanworth Park House is in the Feltham district, home to just some of the hotels near Heathrow Terminal 4. Also close by is the wildlife haven that is Bedfont Lakes Country Park.
There are also 2 smaller parks in the Cranford district, near the Bath Road which passes the road leading to Heathrow Terminals 1-3. Most hotels near Heathrow on this road are served by an airport shuttle which offers transfers to all 5 terminals. Located at the opposite end of the airport to Hounslow, Terminal 5 is the newest and most state of the art, and has its own station on the London Underground.
All Heathrow Airport stations are on the Piccadilly Line and offer fast connections to the 3 Tube stations in Hounslow itself, and beyond to central London.

This area has many overseas tourists and travellers, living in Hounslow. Hounslow is ideal for London Heathrow airport and has easy access into London. Has easy access to motorways too. There are many Mosques nearby.

Honestly, I don't know Hounslow well, but I always use London Hounslow west station to transfer when I travel from Heathrow. You know, I prefer to travel with the bus, because I can to look around. There is a convenient Sainsbury local next to the Hounslow west station. Iceland store is on the opposite side. And you have to see the market place nearby. his is a weekend market place open only on weekends 7:00am-2:00pm. Other days it’s just a parking area. It's funny and you can get really good bagrain. I didn't see anything like this before - you have to visit it!

We were only in Hounslow the evening and night before our flight out of Heathrow. We walked several blocks to our hotel from the train station, through a section of town with some run down buildings and others under redevelopment. Pleasantly surprised to find the Market Place, a great location for ethnic foods from many countries in a food court setting. Only a couple stops to the airport from the train station.
Lots of pluses.
Near the M4 so no congestion charge and free parking, 3.30 hours from Plymouth.
5 minutes walk from Hounslow West tube on the Piccaddily Line which is 35 minutes to Hyde Park Corner.
We were at a concert on a Friday and theatre on the Saturday and on both nights the Piccadily line runs 24 hours.
Super friendly staff, free continental breakfast.
The room was small but clean and they changed our towels daily....and for £85 a night that's all you can ask for.
For future trips to London it's well worth considering.
The staff are very friendly are highly professional. They treat every guest including me in most respect and courtesy. The hotel is well manged and very clean and quite. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant offers very delecious international dishes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Larry is very professional and familiar with the menu and answered any question I posed to him. Five star restaurant. The hotel well located close to high street hounslow central, heathrow airport and public transportation
Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable short stay. Our room was small but it was okay because we weren’t planning to spend a lot of time in the room. We needed a nice place to sleep and wash up. The bathroom was very clean. Things in the room were sanitized appropriately. The place is not too far from the Hounslow Central station - walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly. And there’s a halal restaurant just across the station - very affordable food. We enjoyed our stay there.
The location, close to the Hounslow Central tube, perfect for getting to Heathrow quick and early. We ended up taking the bus before the Tube even started running. Also convenient to the Hounslow Central district, with a number of good restaurants. This is probably the main reason to stay here, unless you want to be in this area of London; that would be another good reason to stay here. It's a decent hotel, reasonably clean and reasonably comfortable.
Lovely one bed apartment, kitchen was self-contained, utility room had washing mc,very good heating facility. We travelled with toddler, so we used kitchen to cook home food. Hired a car and used parking in apartments parking lot, apartment is in prime location, walkable distance to city centre Hounslow, Lidl & aldi & other Indian supermarkets. Walkable to Hounslow Central and east station. Would highly recommend this property for staying.
Compared to Moxy hotels in Tokyo and New York this was greatly spacious as a room. Super clean and close to Heathrow as you can see the planes from your room. Also the parkings to T2&T3 are only a 3 minute drive from the hotel. Great experience overall and for the best price. You can also easily take the underground to central London as there’s a bus stop just outside the hotel to take you to the metro.
friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, very comfortable bed, though my husband would of liked another pillow but I am sure they would have given him one if he had asked, enjoyed the breakfast and my husband had his Gluten Free choices, loved sitting outside in the evening, close to Hounslow Central tube station for travelling into the centre of London, secure parking facility.
Proximity to Heathrow and Hounslow West tube station (however it was closed due to a strike, which negated the entire reason we stayed here). It was a 20-30 minute walk from the Hounslow Central station, which we did twice in one day after going into London via tube. Continental breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff was very kind and accommodating.
Perfect location close to Heathrow airport for early morning flight. The room was super clean and spotless, and the check in was smooth. In fact, they allowed us to check in a few hours early! It’s central to Hounslow with the high streets, shops and supermarkets a few minutes away. Would definitely stay here again if flying from Heathrow.
We had a twin room on the top floor. The bathroom and beds were good. It is close to Hounslow Central tube station. It is also close to Hounslow town centre which has a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants, etc. So it is a great location for the night before an early flight from Heathrow.
The property is conveniently located close to the Hounslow Central Station and airport, and next to convenience stores such as Tesco Express. It is also located close to many restaurants and places to buy food. The hotel looked clean and the staff was very friendly, especially with our children!
I enjoyed my stay in that lovely, clean and well situated hotel near Hounslow central metro station as well as the city center. What makes it exceptional is the kindness and the professionalism of the staff who made me feel at home.
good value of money.
very nice staff.
good location if Heathrow is the entry airport.
Well connected to the center of london ( Bus next to the hotel’ door and then direct underground to Piccadilly circus)
The hotel is beautiful, hip and cozy. We enjoyed our stay while in London and will definitely stay here again! It's super close to the airport with a shuttle that picks up and take you there.
