Both Rasheed and Hassan were very flexible in order to make our stay memorable. Room had AC, very convenient as the nights get cold, and was cleaned on a daily basis. Although the street towards the accommodation might seem sketchy, it was completely safe. It was definitely great price-quality ratio! :)

Riad located in a very comfortable place: in Medina so the most of touristic areas are about 5-15 minutes away and not far away from Medina entrance so it is easy to find it. Riad has nice design with traditional elements. Our room was not spacious but still cozy and comfortable. We want to thank Mustafa (manager), he was really nice and friendly, takes a lot of care of us and even helped me with finding pharmacy on Saturday evening (that’s not easy, just trust me).

Location was great, very close to main square snd to external roads for raxis. Staff were excellent, so accommodating and friendly. Beautiful Riad and very well maintained.
