A cosy environment that makes you feel like home! The owners are very easy going and helpful, the staff very polite and the rooms are spacious and equipped enough. There is beautiful common space with a pool, bar & billiard. It's a 10-15 min walking from Patong center and right next to the hotel there are bars, food stores, super market etc. So if you are looking for a convenient value for money good accommodation it is highly suggested!

Amazing place with great facilities, stylish designer rooms. Staff attentive to details and very helpful. Resort is full of small details that make the stay special - fruits in the room, complimentary small refreshers served at the swimming pool area periodically, impeccable cleanliness. Alessandro was of great hospitality, took us to the swimming pool area and offered drinks while we were waiting for the check-in - great touch and amazing service. Overall - kudos to the Team, I am looking forward to be back. Don’t even mention how beautiful the site is.

As expected from a Sheraton resort, this place screams luxury and an elevated experience. Service is outstanding from staff. They're all very friendly and are willing to help you with anything. The facilities are clean and new. Food option at the breakfast buffet is excellent and the food itself is amazing. I stayed 2 days only but the options for each day were different. Pools are well-kept and there's lush greenery throughout. The double rooms aren't small but aren't huge either. Beds are comfortable and having the bluetooth speakers is a plus. The beach, some restaurants, street food vendors, spas and stores are easily accessible from the resort.

From reception to room to rooftop pool…I absolutely love everything about this hotel. One afternoon I was trying to nap and even though the rooms are very soundproof I heard my neighbours through the joining room doors, I mentioned this to front desk and they immediately offered me another room that would be more quiet. Every little detail has been thought out at this hotel. I would have stayed my entire holidays here except I am not a fan of the party town of Patong.
