Friendly and accomodating staff. Great food and drinks. Fabulous bar area in the lobby (with live music in the evening) Fantastic pool area outside with a pleasant bar. Impressive Spa facilities with second pool and complimetary healthy little snacks and drinks. Complimentary bottle of Prosseco (at each of our rooms) upon arrival, because it was a birthday of my wife. And last, but definitely not least the view we've had over the Lago Maggiore and the Borromee islands.
