Really affordable, great big room and the team was super helpful. The free bicycles were a great help and it was fantastic to ride around the area on the bicycle. For trips further afield I was able to rent a scooter and that was arranged through the hotel and was affordable too.

Everything was fine with our stay in Palolem close to the beach and to all restaurants for a good breakfast. The owner is very kind and also included in the rate our laundry. Our room was equipped with fridge and TV. Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows each and most important was very clean!

The rooms are new, ample, clean, and comfortable. A glass wall and a terrace give an extra special comfort. Wi-Fi is great. A perfect location makes the territory quiet, so you wake up listening the singing of birds - it's so lovely. At the same time it's 3 mins of walk to the beach. The owners of the place are very-very nice, friendly and helpful people who take care of customers and maintain the perfection of the place. I sincerely wish them to advance their success as they're doing their business just perfect. Bottomline - it's the rare case when I grade the place as 10/10.
