The staff (Jackie) was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped us with local knowledge and sorting travel arrangements and evening restaurant details.

We liked the friendly and attentive staff and the room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The food served in the restaurant was excellent, and there was a nice atmosphere in the bar and restaurant.

The Crown Manor House Hotel har en perfekt beliggenhed i hjertet af Lyndhurst Village, hovedbyen i New Forest National Park. I loved all the common areas of this hotel,the lounge,the 2nd lounge /drawing room. So atmospheric and perfect for catching up with reading and writing letters, postcards etc. Staff were lovely and as enamored of the buildings history and heritage as we were. It was a very very restful place for us to stay after what was quite a challenging time (funeral)

Ideally situated in the New Forest, close to the small town of Lyndhurst, this friendly hotel is set back from the road and offers quality accommodation at affordable prices. The location is really convenient as we were moving around by bike and it's really close to the train station but also to the little village and the forest. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Everything is clean, and the place is very quiet and relaxing. The food was really good as well.
