Staff bent over backwards to assist us and provide information. Restaurant service and food were excellent. Room was extremely comfortable and housekeeping standards were high. Beautiful grounds and setting. Close to Bangor, Crawfordsburn, Newtownards , Belfast and other places we wanted to visit.

Absolutely delicious modern take on both Irish and eclectic dishes. Great bakery across the street. Easy street parking.

This fine 4-star hotel with leisure complex is located on Merchants Quay in the city centre, convenient for all the city-centre amenities, pubs bars and restaurants. Breakfast was so nice staff friendly

Staff were very friendly and stopped to have a chat with you 🥰. Hotel was spotless and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely be back!!
