The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable - they gave us tips on where to eat (best meal I've had in MY LIFE yet), and made every effort to accommodate our queries.

Nice window to inner courtyard. Yes, the courtyard… it is amazing! palazzo style .. Room was warm enough( February). Bed is comfy with pillow bar. Bathrobes, sleepers .. everything that you need. Top! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Totally recommend.
