everything from start to finish it was perfect! it was so clean!! we had everything we needed! the bed was comfortable, they even provided throws so you can sit outside and enjoy the scenery as well. there is heating included, there is hot water (which was the perfect temperature and pressure)! even the towels smelt so fresh! Can not fault it at all!!! we even got little chocolate bars, milk, tea and coffee and for a small cost was an ice cold Prosecco in the fridge.

The board games in the sitting room were a big hit with the children .beds were comfy . The house made self catering easy .the location, though not a rural retreat ( we were not expecting it to be) was great for accessing various activities. Llangollen was beautiful and we only scratched the surface of things to do. We will be looking to return
