I was travelling solo and always felt safe and Heather and Maria were outstanding hosts, even packed me a lunch for my drive to the airport!

The location of the accommodation was beautiful set in an indigenous valley. The room was equally beautiful with its artistic aesthetic and use of natural materials, in a typical Alentejo building.

Located in the village of Brejinho de Água do Sul, a 15-minute drive from the town of Grândola, Monte do Brejinho de Água offers apartments with traditional and simple architecture. Each unit includes free WiFi. The location and the friendliness of the owner. Fantastic !!

The house offers accommodation in double and twin rooms. All the units feature a private bathroom. Each has access to an outdoor leisure space, with a meal area and a countryside view. Free WiFi is available in the rooms and in the communal areas. The friendly atmosphere was unique. Ana, George and absolutely the all staff makes you feel at home. It was a pity to stay only 2 nights. If you are heading into this direction do not miss this place!

There is a large living room area, complete with bar, billiards and newspapers. The vast property has a lake, where guests can take a boat ride, as well as several hiking trails and an animal corner, with several farm animals. The Herdade do Sardanito da Frente also has an orchard. Absolute surprise. We were just killing time and looking for a convenient location as we were on the road. It was an absolutely beautiful property set on a working farm, secluded but close to town and utterly quiet. We weren't prepared for the beauty of the place and the comfort of the room, or the full breakfast with any option you could imagine. The staff was remarkably friendly, as I should say everyone we talked with in Portugal.

Amor de Criança is a rural property, offering rustic and newly built units in the area of São Teotónio, south Odemira. It features a swimming pool surrounded by a pond and large green areas.

All the air-conditioned homes at Amor de Criança are decorated in a mix between rustic and modern. They all have private bathrooms and some of them have a flat-screen TV. Each unit has a private patio or a terrace. Amor de Criança is a refuge of peace and happiness in the middle of nature. The hosts are very forthcoming and provided us with fresh fruits from the garden, as well as fresh eggs from their own chicken. Bonus points for the pool and the most chill dogs we've met 👍

Guests can explore the beauty of the surrounding national park. It is also possible to help out on the farm, which features a vegetable garden and farm animals. We loved our stay here, being welcomed by the resident dogs and welcoming staff. We hope to stay longer in the future. They were very accommodating, the suite was clean and the breakfast fresh and delicious! Also loved our walk through the farm. Very enjoyable.
