Great location. Closer to both Baga and Calangute beach. Room we selected the superior one was big and very clean. Nice cosy rustic look. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Suraj

The room was very nice giving a rustic feeling and Nandita and her mother were lovely.

It’s on the beach (not exactly Agonda but it’s a beach nonetheless) & has a nice rustic feel to it, it’s fairly basic, not posh & doesn’t pretend to be, lots of charm & really friendly/helpful staff.

The Overall Ambience, The Rustic Surroundings, The Rooms, The Bathroom, The Simple Toileteries, The Drawing room sofa and its arrangements. the BF was made by them in a seprate kitchen /pantry far away within the plot. but the taste was good - eggs and Indian poha and the green tea. The bathroom linen was white and clean.

The location right in the heart of Farmagudi is the only advantage. Rooms are clean and livable for minimal stay.

We loved everything about this place. The beach huts were rustic and cozy, with back to nature living. The restuarant / bar was somewhere we could have sat and relaxed all day. The food was amazing, and all the staff were worth their weight in gold. Such beautiful people. We look forward to our next stay at this beautiful property.

Well run, honest, helpful staff. Very rustic… don’t expect air con or tv! Fabulous location at a very quiet end of the beach. Food fresh, fabulous and very affordable. Totally chilled vibe. Staff very quick to respond to any issues. Breakfast delicious. Yoga nearby and sea lapping at the entrance. What’s not to Love?

it’s located on the outskirts amid natural greenery resembling farmhouse also has excellent ambience the in house staff Mr Santanu khan was allways helpful in serving to my daily needs promptly overall we’ll managed by Mr Shetty GM and his team
