The staff was simply amazing and extremely courteous. My family arrived hours before the check-in time, but the staff quickly did an advanced check-in and stored our luggage until our room was ready. We went out in Venice and arrived back at the hotel late in the afternoon where a bellboy (we haven’t seen those in quite some time) carried our luggage to the room. Despite numerous guests staying at the hotel, my family always felt as though the staff recognized us and immediately gave us our room key as we walked in each time. The location was on the edge of Venice, but very convenient for my family to walk the few minutes needed from the communal parking. Beyond the overall great experience during our stay, the hotel even provided complimentary services to attend a glass making workshop and other pleasant amenities.

Our stay at Aquarius Hotel in Venice was truly exceptional. The breakfast was amazing, offering a delightful start to our days. The hotel's decor added a touch of elegance, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to upgrade to a junior suite, enhancing our experience. The location was perfect – away from the crowds yet close to all attractions. Highly recommended for a wonderful and well-balanced Venice getaway.

The staff, in particular, Marco and Carlos were very attentive and made our stay even better than we expected.

Very beautiful hotel with more beautiful rooms. We had room with the canal view and it was amazing, totally worth to pay a little more for the view. Room was big enough for two and we had very comfy bed, nice big bathroom and there were bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was with more choices than usually it Italy, very friendly stuff every morning and excellent coffee. Hotel is in a perfect location, everything is in a walking distance and you can have also vaporetto, if you dont want to walk. It was also very nice surprise for us that we had a boat trip to Murano glass factory with excursion and it was from hotel free for us. Definitely we will stay there again next time in Venice!

Mit einem Panoramablick auf den Canal Grande erwartet Sie das aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammende Hotel Palazzo Giovanelli. Bis zum Markusplatz fahren Sie mit dem Wasserbus nur 2 Stationen. Hotel is beautiful. We booked the gran canal facing suite. Really nice large room with terrific views. And the staff were crazy accommodating and nice. And helped with restaurants and what to do to get around.

Das 4-Sterne-Hotel Papadopoli Venezia begrüßt Sie im Herzen des Viertels Sestiere Santa Croce. Sie wohnen 2 Gehminuten vom Busbahnhof an der Piazzale Roma und 300 m vom Bahnhof Santa Lucia entfernt. The location was ideal (next to Piazzale Roma). The beds were outstandingly comfortable, and definitely this was the best breakfast buffet that we have found in many years. There was a rich variety of choices (including a pumpkin cake by All-Saints day!) and every item was delicious. The staff was very helpful before and during our stay.

The hotel has a nice location that is close to the Vaporetto, which is something to consider if it is your first time in Venice. The rooms look “Venetian,” and there were no Wi-Fi problems. The staff was kind and quick to give tips for the city.
