Great location near to shops and beach. Easy to get to with carparking available. The bedroom was large and the beds really comfortable. The complimentary bottles of water and bags of Tayto were a nice touch.

We were mostly in the Strandhill area which is beautiful. Lots of places to eat and drink. Beautiful beach area where surfers were surfing, and Knocknarea to climb if you have the legs for it! Dinner at The Venue and best we’ve had so far.
The Strand Bar was fantastic too. Fresh sweet seafood!

Sligo is a lovely place, both for itself and its location to explore lots of interesting places nearby. There are lots of cafes and restaurants to suit every taste.
The man in the tourist office was so nice and helpful. We were sorry that we couldn't go on the walking tour It sounded very interesting .
The one way traffic system is a bit confusing but we got used to it quickly. Actually, I'd advise people to park the car and just walk.. its much quicker.
Warm welcome on arrival from Caroline on reception who was very helpful with info on local attractions etc Loved the activity pack for little ones!
Very family friendly. Excellent facilities - we used the pool daily. Small details like the clothes line over bath were very handy for drying swimwear!
The hotel very comfortable and a great base for exploring the North West. Only a few minutes drive from Sligo Town and we had day trips to Bundoran & Enniscrone. Beautiful part of the country.
This is the most centrally located hotel in Sligo with only a 2 minute walk onto the main thoroughfare of shops, restaurants, and bars. It has an excellent underground carpark with a perfectly centrally positioned lift service which renders all facilities accessible to those with disabilities. The bar food is top quality and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and are quick to recognise returning guests.
Good city centre location for anyone either travelling by career via coach/train (next to both stations). Within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the river. Reception staff friendly. Spacious hotel & an indoor pool handy on bad weather days (although can only book 50 min slots and it's first come first serve).
The kitchen had plenty of utensils and pots. The rooms were clean and were not too small. The house was cosy and warm (once we were shown how to turn the heating on). The duvets were good quality and the beds were comfy. It's a really good, central, spot for getting into Sligo town or for touring around the countryside.
Amazing hosts! Great communication. The place was extremely clean, good location and easy to find (just add the Eircode on Google Maps). Close enough to City Centre e and to the N4 which takes to many places around Sligo. The place has everything that you need. Great shower!!
Riverside Hotel was our base for exploring Sligo over two separate visits. The staff were all excellent, super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable and the restaurant is good. We will return for our next visit to Sligo.
A beautiful spot about 20mins drive from Sligo . A peaceful and calm relaxing area away from all the buzz.
Good local bar and restaurant for evening dinner. Nice quiet walking area to enjoy nature & scenery 😁
Price compared to hotels in sligo but when you add price of taxis into town and buying your own breakfast it might work out same price.
Very spacious lots of room family of 4.
Girl at reception very helpful.
Located within walking distance to everything in Sligo. Mary & Kieron have exquisite taste and have a marvelous attention to detail. They also helped me scout nearby locations. Breakfast was a must!
Good sized rooms. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Dinner was delicious. The hotel is in a beautiful location and very close to Sligo Town.
Centrally located, friendly and welcoming staff, perfect for a short stay in Sligo Town and even has an e charger in their car park. Worth paying that bit extra for a river view and balcony.
The staff were wonderful nice and friendly. the food v nice ..entertainment brilliant. .every thing really.
.we have stayed here 4 times and will continue to book this hotel in sligo.
Sorry, I forgot the man's name who helped us. I want to say it was Frank? :) - He was great. He was very flexible and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Sligo
