It was central to many Dolomites attractions.
It was central to many Dolomites attractions. We ate in their restaurant. very convenient. Breakfast included was good.
We had a hire car, so easy to drive through the mountains.
A cable car ride to top of a mountain was worth doing, with lunch at the top.

The small town with its beautiful old church was delightful.
The small town with its beautiful old church was delightful. The views from everywhere in town and from the Guesthouse was breathtaking. We went to Cortina with the local bus (short trip) and then went up the Faloria cable car for a good walk and tea at the Restaurant from where the view were unforgettable. Then back to Cortina for a walk in the town and a lunch in a pub. Wish we had more time to explore San Vito di Cadore and its surroundings.

amazing place! the location is quit comfortable for
traveling both by car or by public transport.
very quit place, the view from the room was incredible!
near the Hotel there are cafes and stores, also
possible to take a bus to go to nearest cities (15 min
to Cortina d’Amprezzo). the room is very well
maintained and equipped with everything to stay -
shower items, towels, TV etc. Many thanks to the host
for their professional attitude to work and very warm
welcoming! definitely recommend to stay here and
would love to come back again!
We stayed here last year and we said that we will definitely come back next year. Well we did it :) We think this will be the place we will go back also next year :)
The hotel is very clean. The personnel nice and friendly. There is always a smile greeting you when you come in :) The breakfast simple but delicious.
Apart from hotel, we also like the skiing. Not crowded. The snow is great. We had sun and it was hot, but they really take care of ski slopes :)
Also the city itself. Great food, great people.
The hotel is very nice. Located just 10 minutes by car from cortina it was very good value for money. It's been recently renovate so the room was very nice and modern. It was also very clean. It was a very pleasent stay and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a nice quite stay but still very close to cortina.
The breakast is not included in the rate but there is a bar just next door.
Big, and really beautiful apartment, three rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and a huge, wood-covered burgeois living room. Clean and cozy, and a really nice, easygoing English-speaking landlady. San Vito di Cadore is a small holidayvillage, supermarket just next door. Good informative sheet in the apartment. Bring your own soap and basic kitchen spices.
Beautiful location, very nice spacious room, absolutely nothing to dislike except the spa which was still very good but……
We had dinner only one occasion due today other commitments but I thought the cuisine was excellent as was the service.
This a hotel not resting on its laurels and is soon to have an out door pool which will be fantastic.
This was my 3rd time staying in the Dolomites region of Italy but my first time in San Vito di Cadore. The town and the Hotel Marcora were both absolutely wonderful! The views from my hotel room balcony were breathtaking! The room was really nice and the staff throughout the hotel were kind and helpful.
The hotel owner was extremely helpful! Our flight arrived late and he waited to check us in past 12 AM.
Every single day the towels were changed and the beds were made. The room was always immaculate.
I also called him during our stay to ask for some extra information and he was super helpful.
Breakfast was amazing. The eggs were the best. The staff was so kind. Felt like we were staying with family. This hotel was close to all the mountains and lakes we wanted to see. Would highly recommend this place. The views from our window were great.
Breakfast was very good, due COVID19 although it looks like a open buffet, you are served by a nice lady. They speak Italian, German and English. Personell is nice and overall the hotel looks nice. It is a classical italian refurbished place.
Truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I cannot say about good things about the decor, staff and property. I can only hope one day we will make it back to this little slice of heaven.
everything is excellent, 5 star hotel experience in a family-run hotel- design, cleanliness, facilities, staff professionalism, breakfast and patisserie downstairs
Despite hotel is quite old, it has magic of 1920s and I like that atmosphere, especially saloon and its furniture. Wellness part of the hotel is also very nice.
