The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was amazing. The location is also very close to the station, which is convenient.

I only needed a place to sleep before my flight early next morning and that's exactly what I got. Room was a singly one, and it had everything I needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are places to eat closely. I had to take a taxi to the airport because my flight left really early, but if you leave at a normal time, there is a shuttle from the train station you can take. I recommend.

That was the worse stay I ever booked thru the platform. Starting with the facts that is not a hotel (pretty BnB, but not the one was ready to host guests) and with the fact my room was already used by someone and not cleaned ending with the industrial dust in the new room, which I’ve cleaned myself, the absent of the real window, the problems with the codes (the system wasn’t working properly). I will describe all my experience better on a google maps, but here I just want to add that with all the troubles created by facility I got never confirmed the promised refund, but (!) they had even the arrogance to ask me about the good review. I mean, you’ve damaged my health by this industrial dust which were just everywhere, you gave me not prepared room, when I arrive, you are promising the refund and it’s never gets confirmed, at least don’t dare to ask about the good review. I will never come back.

Very spacy appartment in a quiet street at 15min walk of Ciampino station. Everything was there, though we did not cook (Rome has many great, affordable restaurants) Beds were great, all windows have shutters, great!
