I was upgraded to a luxury room, which was on the ground floor and is accessible without climbing any stairs. I had to switch apartments due to some problem with the first one. The staff took me seriously from the start and were very accommodating. I was quickly allowed to switch to a larger apartment without any extra charge. It was very clean and well furnished. Very nice staff as well.
