Kingston is a great place to visit, a good shopping centre, lovely places to eat . There’s the royal parks there which are great for walking. And all on the river thames . Great links with buses and trains. Overall a good base.

We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court...
We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court Palace. After a superb evening meal at our hotel The White Hart we went for a wander over the bridge where we discovered a lively area of restaurants & bars with a great atmosphere. Also found out about a river boat trip that could take us to Hampton Court. We were able to book tickets online for the next day. It is a lovely area - good railway links into London. There are nice walks and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Our main purpose was to visit Hampton Court and it was an excellent base for that.

The location was easy to fund.

It's a good base from which to explore local or nearby places of interest, such as Hampton Court Palace. Very good transport links. There are superb restaurants for all tastes. Excellent shopping area.

There was convenient parking outside the hotel. the rooms and hotel were clean, the shower was clean, bedding and towels all clean. A decent cooked breakfast included and co ti metal breakfast available if preferred. There was a warm welcome on arrival and at breakfast. The decor and common areas are lovely and comfortable and garden courtyard right outside our room was a nice bonus space for coffee in the morning! Soaps and lotions were divine! We look forward to visiting again!
